Dr. Nemani is board certified in both Anesthesiology and Pain Management. He received his medical degree from S.U.N.Y at Buffalo School of Medicine and completed his residency training at University of Miami. He completed his fellowship in Pain Management at the University of Rochester. Dr. Nemani has been selected as one of the best doctors in America and Who's Who for doctors in America numerous times. He has trained numerous physicians on the specialized interventional procedures he routinely performs.

Since 1993, Dr. Nemani has dedicated himself to providing the most advanced medical treatment available to his patients with pain. He co-founded Pain and Symptom Management Center at Rochester General Hospital in 1993 and is well known in the Rochester community. He performed the first ever Spinal Cord Stimulator, intrathecal Morphine Pump, and the first ever Percutaneous Diskectomy procedure at Rochester General Hospital. Dr. Nemani's decision to devote 100% of his time to pain management further strengthened his commitment to providing the most up-to-date, comprehensive and compassionate care for his pain patients.
