Insurance:

We participate in most insurance plans. At the time you call to schedule an appointment please verify acceptance of your insurance plan with our office. We also suggest that you verify your insurance benefits and coverage with your insurance company prior to your visit.

Payment Options:

Checks, credit cards and cash are accepted

Should you experience unexpected problems, call our office at (585) 899-3450 immediately and we will make every effort to see you as soon as possible. If the emergency occurs after regular hours, please call the office and you will be instructed on what to do. If you are not able to contact us, please call 911.
